I'm giving 2 stars because my Philly cheesesteak looks good. The crispy chicken sandwich does not look appetizing at all. And when I pay $60 for food and ask for ketchup we should receive it. We are on vacation we don't have dipping sauce so we have nothing for chicken tenders or fries for my kids. I just expected a bit more looking at their site.
Ordered a smoothie online to be picked up 15 min after opening. Waited 40 min. Customer went in before me staff ignored him as he asked can he order. Staff still prepping at 5:35p. Customer left. I asked for my smoothie, they had to turn on iPad to even confirm my order then make it. Worst service, very dysfunctional and unorganized to be in a busy part of the city.

OK I just left there from getting food for the first time. My coworkers gave the most best reviews for this place. They told me 15 to 25 minutes and my food would be done. It wasn't done when I got it.
