My order was delayed by 20 minutes, but Malika Had awesome customer service and make sure things was taken care of. I will come back to this business because of her professionalism
Should have listened to the poor reviews and not come here, unpleasant appearance on the inside but figured since near college campus maybe don’t want kids congregating, order a combo and wanted to upgrade my drink to a milk tea which you can do through online ordering. Instead she charges me for the entire drink and I point out to her it should just be an upgrade price like online. She then says online is different and when I questioned that she just says it is.
