Ms. Elaine was so nice when I went into this target Starbucks today! She was very professional while being super friendly and sweet! This is not my favorite Starbucks location because they never have the full menu available when I visit but professional baristas like Elaine will keep me coming back!

I've been working in this mall for at least 15 years. This Starbucks is always been one of the best. I don't know if it was a training location since the pandemic but I believe it it is now. People have to learn at some point and I respect that and understand that, but the lack ofjust basic customer service is lacking here. Can the training location go somewhere else?
