As a customer that comes in everyday it’s heart breaking to see how this neighborhood treats Starbucks baristas. The entitlement is disturbing and the constant complaints I see in the reviews is disheartening. What happened to treating customer service people with respect? What happened being compassionate and understanding that YOU aren’t the ONLY person being served?
