I go to this location due to convenience but I may have to stop. It literally may be the worst location I have ever visited. They are always out of things. My coffee cup is literally never filled an adequate amount. The lobby is rarely clean. Your order may even be missing an item. I just really can't even deal with it anymore!
The main problem with this Starbucks and most Starbucks now is they are overrun with mobile orders. If you go in store you'll end up waiting for 20+ minutes while 15 mobile order drinks sit melting on the counter. That aside this particular location had very meh coffee. The espresso was definitely burnt and they somehow messed up a pumpkin spice latte. They are making it as a caramel brulee latte with pumpkin spice put on top. Very odd.

Stopped in for a quick coffee run 2/28 during lunch hour. The employee working the shop was completely on their own and there were multiple people in line to order. You could tell the employee was frustrated, as anyone would be in that situation. As a former retail worker I certainly felt bad watching them not only manage taking the orders for the regular stream of visitors, but getting the orders out and cleaning.
