Had a delightful pay -it -forward experience in the drive thru. The car in front of us paid for our order. We in turn paid for the car behind us. Our server said we were the 6th sequential pay -it -forward customers. Kinda restored my faith in humanity. It made me smile all day!

The cashier is very rude no good morning no welcome to Starbucks my youngest son loves Starbucks but to come in this establishment and cashier looking like while u here not good morning how are you or what’s the name for the order is terrible she is heavy set white lady with a brace on her right arm and black glasses on she is very rude me n my son won’t stop by anymore I will continue to go to other ones . We are waiting on our drinks but last time coming here the welcoming wasn’t welcoming

Stopped in for a quick coffee run 2/28 during lunch hour. The employee working the shop was completely on their own and there were multiple people in line to order. You could tell the employee was frustrated, as anyone would be in that situation. As a former retail worker I certainly felt bad watching them not only manage taking the orders for the regular stream of visitors, but getting the orders out and cleaning. I hope this was a one off and it is not a usual occurrence for 1 employee to be managing an entire shop, as that would be very unfair to the employees. Despite all of this the employee was still kind and worked as quick as they could to get my order. I hope next time I visit I don’t have to witness an employee doing all the work for what I imagine is not ENOUGH pay. :)

Won't stop again. Had to go to restroom and figured I'd get coffee and snack. I'll just go somewhere else. At least let paying guests use the bathroom. PITA and stupid.

I go to this location due to convenience but I may have to stop. It literally may be the worst location I have ever visited. They are always out of things. My coffee cup is literally never filled an adequate amount. The lobby is rarely clean. Your order may even be missing an item. I just really can't even deal with it anymore!

It was extremely dirty and was out of pastries even though the pastry case showed merchandise, which was confusing. The girl behind the counter was friendly but not very knowledgeable. Would not come here again.
