I was a little hesitant before ordering after reading some of the previous reviews, especially since my drink order is fairly complicated. Thankfully, the barista handled it without any confusion and made everything exactly as requested. The staff were pleasant, efficient and clearly focused on getting orders right. My server, Jaila, was kind and quick with me! I only got a cup of water as it was a hot day in the city but she gave me the largest size with the to go lid so I could be on my way. Thank you for your service Jaila!
