Ms. Anna and Ms. Angela seriously deserve a raise for their exceptional customer service! ❤️ Having to visit an injured loved one is already hard enough, so having such kind and friendly people greet you definitely helps take some of the pressure off.
They have both been so sweet and welcoming every time I’ve come in. Their kindness really does make a difference, especially during a difficult time. Starbucks is lucky to have them! ☕️💕

I love coming to this Starbucks. I love that they do all of the seasonal specialties. The staff always has a smile on their face and they’re so friendly
There’s no way I could single out one employee for their Customer Service. All of them were Phenomenal I was there around noon on September 3, 2026

Starbucks Coffee Company has gained a loyal following thanks to its friendly and efficient staff. The second and night shift crews, in particular, are praised for consistently making drinks correctly and bringing smiles to customers' faces. Visitors appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which offers a comforting escape, especially during tough times. One customer highlighted the kindness of the staff, who not only made a perfect Vanilla Protein Latte but also took a moment to connect personally. Regulars enjoy their favorites like the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frapp and London Fog tea, noting that orders are always accurate and promptly prepared. The location, situated in a busy hospital, remains clean and calm, providing a peaceful spot for those on the go. With a commitment to great service and quality drinks, this Starbucks is clearly a cherished place for both hospital staff and visitors alike.
