About Better Italians Subs & Salads

Better Italians Subs & Salads is a restaurant that offers a variety of dishes, including salads, seafood manicotti, mushroom risotto, shrimp Caesar salad, mussels, short rib with Brussels sprouts, duck prosciutto bruschetta, seafood canneloni, peach cheesecake, and breakfast items like étouffé and biscuits. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, although some tables may be affected by noise from the main entrance and from guests with barking dogs, which can disrupt the dining experience. While the service can be hit-or-miss, some servers are incredibly personable and helpful in suggesting meals. The food is generally delicious and fresh, with standout dishes like Coca Cola Braised Short Ribs and the prefixe jazz dinner, which features tasty options such as focaccia bread, beef carpaccio, and pork osso buco. However, some dishes, like the Spaghetti Carbonara, may not meet expectations. Overall, Better Italians Subs & Salads maintains a nice dining ambiance but could improve certain aspects for a better experience.

The place just seemed...read full review
Pacci is in the Brice Hotel which is in the Kimpton Hotel Group so the restaurant is off the lobby. The configuration is a long set of tables parallel to the bar. The ambience is not intimate for a peaceful dining experience. Our seating was very close to the hotel lobby and allowed us to watch the parade of hotel guests entering with their dogs. We observed many different sizes, colors, and varieties of pets. Quite interesting. Since the kitchen was experiencing difficulty with...read full review
