I ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato, and I was disappointed with my drink today. The cup was not filled properly, and the coffee tasted watered down, almost like it was diluted to make it last longer. I usually enjoy this drink, but this time the quality was not what I expected.
I came here two days in a row 10/2/25 & 10/3/25 and I encountered Hispanic girl working in the morning with bad customer service and no proper Starbucks greeting at all. This location is convenient I'm always near by however I'll go where I can get better customer service. Who ever the Hispanic girl is needs better training, she made me a half cup of the Grand Flat White and loaded it full of foam even though I requested no foam, she made wait 2 mins while she played around with...read full review
