The service was terrible they really tried to lie about a blender being broken when it's in just washed in the back 2 hours before closing. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for them to help one customer, there was one worker I get it but 15 minutes -.-

I came here at 3 pm on a weekday and the barista told me they couldn’t serve me because they were closing for the day.

I checked both online AND the starbucks app and they both show that is closes at 8 pm. Even there custom sign in the front of the counter also says 8. So why is it that I walk in at 7:23 and ask if I can get my drink and the employee says they're closed? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!

I came here around 3pm on a Saturday. There was no line. Guess I was just lucky. The barista was fast and polite. They also had free samples. My drink was amazing and I left happy.

Stood in line for 15 minutes just to get to the front and be told they didn’t have any of the items I tried to order. Why not put a sign up of the items you are out of so people don’t waste their time! And service is always slow they need more people behind the counter.

This Starbucks is located inside the Sugarloaf Parkway Kroger and while I'm not a fan of in-store Starbucks locations, I must say I was impressed with this one.It looks like they finally allow you to use your stars for rewards redemptions (something that Kroger Starbucks locations did not previously allow) and they also had dedicated Starbucks tables so it felt like an actual Starbucks.There's usually only one or two baristas at these locations so sometimes it can be busy but a plus about these locations is that it is usually never as close as busy as actual standalone Starbucks locations. The nearby locations (Old Peachtree Road & Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road) are usually ALWAYS busy so it's always hard to be in and out but I was the only person in line this time around and I was able to get my drink in less than 5 minutes! Of course you have to go in the actual Kroger and there's no drive-thru, but it is still a great alternative from all the business.I ordered my go-to iced shaken espresso and I was able to have a great start to my day!

Inside bathroom was not prepped for guest. Sink looked like someone took a bath in it at 8am 2/13/23 it was dirty with long hair strings. I just left and didn't order felt bad after seeing that. Mind started wondering about other things not properly cleaned.
