I forgot to reload my card before I made my order. Instead of voiding my original order, she added my amount of reload plus my order. That's not what I wanted to do. I wanted my order voided so I can reload my card and make my order so I can use my card to get points. She didn't understand what I wanted. More training on the register please.
This is my favorite Starbucks - they are consistently open during advertised hours. A huge plus during the pandemic. It's in a safe area with shopping within walking distance. The food and coffee are always fresh, hot and delicious. My favorite sandwich is the turkey bacon egg white. It is affordable while meeting my dietary restrictions and is quite tasty. The Starbucks could be a model restaurant or other locations. They offer quick, efficient and friendly service. The fresh brewed pike place coffee was a very nice treat. I like the fact they will fix your coffee, including sweetener, and milk to your liking. This location was busy, yet they were extremely efficient and getting orders out in a timely fashion.
