Worst customer service ever. Refused to make a blond roast pour over. The pike place was hours old even though they said it was fresh. And they seemed inconvenienced that I needed cream for my coffee. The store was dirty and the attitudes worse
i always go to this location because I work nearby. I give 5 stars due to always having a pleasant experience, however tonight it wasnt as I had previously experienced. It was raining a lot when I pulled up to the drive through window. I could not hear the Starbucks employee over the speaker so I decided to pull around to the window. No I would not recommend a Starbucks to anyone at this time. Within the last 12 months, management and staff has changed three times, this I know because I am a coffee drinker. I go here because it is the nearest Starbucks to my location. And let’s not forget the flies, maybe the building need to spray out on a regular base.
