I don't drink coffee but I was visiting a sick friend at the hospital and when I asked if I could bring her anything she wanted a caramel macchiato from Starbucks.Ely waited on me so patiently and kindly. Great customer service! A clean bathroom. Added bonus, I got to leave with about 30 lb of coffee grinds for my compost. All-in-all an excellent visit to Starbucks!
I have been coming to this store for several years and it has always been a great store with very professional and competent barristas. However, today 6/7/2023, and the last couple of times I have visited this store, the level of expertise and professionalism has hit rock bottom. I wasn't given a fork and napkin with my egg whites. The service was soooo slow. We were at drive through, and took about 30 min to get coffee. The drive through person did not even apologize how long it took not lime any other Starbucks. Unfortunate. They have at least 5 people working.
