If you liked Panera ten years ago, you won’t like this place. It’s been enshittified like everything private equity touches. Food ranges from mediocre to awful, and gone is the array of muffins and breads and soups and coffee that used to greet you on entry. Gone also are the fireplaces, the comfy seating, the fellowship. Now it’s a lifeless grey box with reheated frozen soups.
Great atmosphere, perfect for a business meeting, ample space.
I was greeted with smiling faces. The atmosphere clean and comfortable. The best part was the Ultimate Garden Steak salad. I hadn't been to Panera in years, but I will be back soon to make up for the time I missed because I have to have that salad again.
