When I walk up to the register and the cashier goes from taking out the trash to taking my order and trying to get cookies for my order WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS, I have a huge problem. As a customer, I should not have to ask the ungloved food service representative to wash her hands before going anywhere near my food. It’s disgusting!! I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location!

This Zaxby's is a super nice location that is clean and well maintained. Service is fast, friendly, and genuinely kind. The cashiers welcome customers with a wonderful atmosphere and lovely smiles. The team members are quick and efficient in both the drive-thru and inside, and they bring the food to the table. The food is consistently fresh and always hot. The Asian salad is so good. The grilled chicken is recommended because the fried was a little too salty. This location is an unexpected bright spot and gives a small place to catch a breath and recharge. The team members really value their job, and many have worked there for years. It is within walking distance of local medical facilities. Outstanding team and outstanding food.
