Usually I have pleasant experiences when I goto Starbucks, however every time when i go through the drive-thru the young lady with the red hair seems to have an attitude problem when i ask for stuff, like a straw. Usually people tend to ask if you would like a straw, thats fine if you dont, but dont have an attitude or provide poor customer service. My absolute favorite Starbucks! Best in the city. I can’t believe I’m just now leaving a review. The weekday morning crew, you guys literally make my day!
