Whoever is working the drive-thu speaker box needs to be trained on how to talk to customers. I placed an order for drive through pickup 5 minutes before arriving to the Starbucks, with a pickup time 2 minutes after I arrived. Obviously I’m not expecting it immediately but when I pulled up to the speaker box, he told me they need 10-15 minutes to get mobile orders ready.Ain’t no way it takes 15 minutes to make one shaken espresso…also does it matter if the order was placed 30 seconds or 10 minutes before you get there? You have to wait in the drive-thru regardless, and it is no different than telling them your order at the speaker box. If anything they should be happier they have it on a sticker, payed for, as it speeds up the process.If it was immediately placed, something more appropriate would be “hey we just got that order and are working on it now!” Or “that order just came through, but we are working on it now”. Definitely don’t phrase it in a way that makes the customer feel like they did something wrong, because that’s how I felt with the verbiage that was used.What a disappointing visit due to poor management. Apparently that is what they are trained to say, which is very wrong.

There was gay associate at the window to take orders for the non drive thru side of the building and he made me want to delete the Starbucks app and never spend money again. I wanted him relived immediately due to his rude and disrespectful demeanor. And in my experience NOTHING was done to satisfy myself as a frequent and loyal customer. I will be calling to complain further and get the associates name.Parking: There is not very much parking near the actual location.

Usually I have pleasant experiences when I goto Starbucks, however every time when i go through the drive-thru the young lady with the red hair seems to have an attitude problem when i ask for stuff, like a straw. Usually people tend to ask if you would like a straw, thats fine if you dont, but dont have an attitude or provide poor customer service. Also, I get that I’m soft spoken, but i dont appreciate a head or eye roll when saying you cant hear me. The first time I brushed it off, but it seems to be a reoccurring thing with her and her only. Everyone else there is very nice and kind outside of her.

Apparently I should have went through the drive through. I ordered on the app and watched 4 cars order and receive their order after my estimated pick up time. Actually didn’t receive my order until 10 mins after the estimated pick up time!

I went here yesterday and got breakfast and a drink, and I loved it. I would suggest that starbucks makes it known that you can get the gingerbread chai hot on the menu.
I’ve never seen a Starbucks that close before the time they are supposed to so that they can clean up. Whew, Starbucks is normally professional and on point. The nerve of the sign to say 8pm on a Saturday and they are closed before then so they can clean. Lol I guess They said “Hey we need to be walking out the door at 8pm not closing the register” then she had the nerve to tell me to go to windy hill!! Thanks ?
