“I have lived in the Austell Mableton all my life have been eating here for over a decade. I would have to say loving Chinese food so much. I’ve tried every Chinese cuisine in the area. I always end up back at the green lotus. The food and service are the best around.“

“This is my favorite chinese place to go. I always order the sauteed garlic broccoli w/ white rice, and it's always so good and hot and burns my mouth off. Anyway, the family that works there is always so kind and friendly to us, and it doesn't take long for the food to come out.“

Being originally from The Bronx, NY I ALWAYS crave that NY style Chinese food.. iykyk.. it’s hard to find in Atlanta but a few places do give me what I’m looking for and THIS PLACE is one of them! Anytime I’m in the Vinings/Smyrna area, I’ll stop here and they never miss! The staff is always professional and friendly, their prices are reasonable and the food is GREAT! I do almost always get the same meal so next time I swing by, I will try my childhood favorite (General Tso) and see if that’s a hit! I’m sure it will be! This place is a hidden gem!“

It's not near my house (all the way down in East Lake) but my wife and I like to hike and try to go every time we go to Kennesaw Mountain (it's about 15 mins away I think, very convenient) and it's worth the drive every time :) Great food, portions, prices, and service. “I don't know what the last guy was talking about. Ordered lunch and got enough for two meals for a great price. Rice is dark but it's not salty or mushy. If you take it all the way home then maybe. Ordered, got my food in 10 minutes. Orange chicken was crunchy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. Sauce was amazing. The lady at the counter was so patient and sweet, will be back.“

“I love this place. The best braised wings anywhere. Period, naked or sauced… they are just plain good. But honestly I’ve yet to have anything there that I haven’t liked. Yes the decor is dated, but in all the right ways!!! This isn’t one of those quicky take out places with minimal cafeteria seating, it’s a real sit down place like you used to have everywhere classic decor. Personally I find it charming!!“

Surprisingly, they were good. I went and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. The young guy that works in there has the most positive attitude and good conversation. The food taste like what I remember from childhood. The lemonade is a must have! The place is very old and outdated which is normally a turnoff. If they would do something about its appearance, I guarantee it'll bring in more customers. For a quick, cheap meal, this is a go to every now and then. This location does not serve lo mein :(“

What's great here is they have a pint portion and a quart portion so what would be a flat $16 at other chinese takeout places for one dish, you can get 2 diff dishes here for the same price. Pint and quart size for soups too. Just a couple tables but it's really more for waiting for your pickup/takeout order. Friendly lady at the counter. “I walked in and there was no one at the counter. There was one guy sitting waiting for his order and another guy sitting eating and looking at some papers. I stood there for a few minutes and had to ask out loud if someone would show up to assist me. The guy sitting there eating got and came to take my order but didn't greet me in any way, shape or form. He just asked if he could take my order. Customer could definitely be better. Food was ok.
