“This place is a hidden gem. The combination of service, food quality, and family-owned feel to this place set it apart from all the other options out there. My dish, chicken and broccoli, was extremely fresh and actually cooked appropriately. The broccoli was actually vibrantly crisp and lightly coated in a flavorful sauce that was not overly salty. Chicken, extremely tender. My plate was also handsomely portioned by the chefs in the back as well. This place was just a treat. It was an affordable and good place to relax, eat and let the traffic dissipate while you eat or to do your Physics HW. I will definitely be back.“

It's not near my house (all the way down in East Lake) but my wife and I like to hike and try to go every time we go to Kennesaw Mountain (it's about 15 mins away I think, very convenient) and it's worth the drive every time :) Great food, portions, prices, and service. We've had 9 or 10 different things on the menu and they were all fantastic so far. There's even outdoor seating :)“

“I don't know what the last guy was talking about. Ordered lunch and got enough for two meals for a great price. Rice is dark but it's not salty or mushy. If you take it all the way home then maybe. Ordered, got my food in 10 minutes. Orange chicken was crunchy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. Sauce was amazing. The lady at the counter was so patient and sweet, will be back.“

“They had really good food except the cashew chicken I ordered should’ve been called celery chicken. They must’ve ran out of cashews. I had maybe 5 cashews and it was so loaded with celery you could only taste the celery. The rest of the food ordered was delicious though so I’m willing to go 4 stars.“

“I had a great experience at Hibachi Express! I ordered the half teriyaki chicken and it was honestly the best food I’ve had in a while. The sauce was perfect, the chicken was well-cooked, and the rice wasn't dry at all—which can be hard to find!

The staff was also amazing. The girl who took my order was really nice and incredibly helpful while I was deciding what to get. The rest of the staff is always kind as well. If you’re in Hiram and looking for quality food and great service, I highly recommend stopping by!“

“Great place to get lunch on the go. This China Wok's food was really good, despite, the 3.6 rating. I ordered ahead and was told that there would be a 10 minute wait, when we arrived everything was piping hot and ready. We were out of there in less than 3 minutes.

Food was delicious, price was beyond reasonable, and we left feeling satisfied. Parking is tight, but more than manageable. I could see myself trying this place out again, if I'm ever out in this area, although, there's steep competition.

Lastly, I read a older review that criticized this place for the fried rice tasting a day old, which is sort of an oxymoron because that's how fried rice is supposed to be prepared.

I ordered the Szechuan chicken, house fried rice, braised wings, and hot & sour soup, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The Szechuan chicken was flavorful with the perfect balance of spice and heat, and the house fried rice was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The braised wings were tender and packed with flavor, and the hot & sour soup was satisfying.
