Best customer service in Douglasville as far as fast food. The employees have great attitudes.
Their Eat in is better than via Uber eats. My concern when via Uber Eats or DoorDash is they don't secure the covers of beverages with tape or add staples to the containers or bags like Wendy's or even McDonald's does when u order delivery. Even called the store manager Asking to do that. He didn't comply.
I had a bad experience with a delivery app. So, I ended up going in person to pick up my food. Katelyn (the manager) was very helpful and handled the situation in a very profesional manner. Im very happy with the service.
