I may not know much about collard greens, (these were 10/10) but I know about ribs and fried okra. Im not sure how high your horse is let me tell ya somethin' - this food is damn good. I did BBQ for a long time; you cant find ribs like that just anywhere. A little bit of sweet tea from the sweet cashier after working out of a hotel for a week and a half.. this was the home style meal by body so craved.
