“Simplified menu, fantastic Hibachi for the price. No dessert menu, but they definitely focus more on their core experience and menu. Low lighting is good for those with light sensitivity, can be loud if there are birthday celebrations, but that's true of nearly all restaurants.“

“I'm in a nursing home and once a month we coordinate a big takeout order with various places. We have used Okinawa Austell 3 times now, and everytime, without fail, they have given us delicious perfection! And their lunch prices are extremely affordable, even for us! We average 30 to 35 orders each time! Everything is always packaged so we can identify each order easily, and there have been ZERO mistakes or complaints. Zero complaints! Chase is always spectacular with his customer service and attention to detail. I wish i could remember the names of the other people whom ive interacted with. They were just as pleasant and helpful. I cant say enough about how much we love Okinawa Austell! Their Dallas Hwy location is also a gem. My sister and I used to go there at least once a month. It was our favorite sushi spot! It appears that Okinawa provides excellence no matter which location you go to! I would give more stars if I could!“

“I have ordered here twice now, gotten 3 rolls both times (have had the spicy salmon twice, spicy tuna twice, cucumber eel once, and spicy yellowtail tuna one) and both times it has been absolutely delicious. It comes with a ginger salad as well which is also delicious. The sushi is really flavorful and tastes high quality. Will definitely be ordering again.“

They look at you crazy if you ask for hot food and clean utensils. Well at The Bowl all is well! The service is top notch from placing your order to the moment you leave. “This place is a great small business, I believe it's ran by husband and wife. In terms of service they are so kind and accommodating. I ordered online and didn't realize they had a lunch special, so I ordered something that would be considered the lunch special w/o the soup and salad + rate. When I went to pick up the kinda lady informed me to order the lunch special and even offered to get me a soup and salad.

“Overall great restaurant. We frequent here often. I will say my last Hibachi guy was a bit of a disappointment. The only thing he did was a bit of flames in the beginning. No onion volcano, no sake shots, no shrimp toss, none of that. I don't know if it was because it was the end of the night or because he wasn't from the culture, maybe he wasn't trained in the Arts of hibachi. I don't know but it was definitely an experience meant to be forgotten. We've come before and had great experiences However the fact that we had specifically taken our family here while they were on vacation and it was their first time having Hibachi I was highly disappointed in their first time being so bland.“

“It’s always great to find these hibachi restaurants in the mall. If you’re searching for a tasty, filling, affordable savory dish with a relatively short wait time then this is your best bet. The dishes (chicken teriyaki & shrimp teriyaki) we had when we visited were prepped quickly and tasted great, although the styrofoam packs that they have now seem much shallower so you get less product.“
