We took our young children for their first hibachi experience and had a great time! Delicious food prepared in front of us and an amazing atmosphere.

Volcano Steak & Sushi is a favorite hibachi spot in the Hiram and Douglas-Paulding area. The food is always fresh, consistently delicious, and beautifully prepared. The sushi is some of the most delicate and delicious made rolls, made from scratch by the amazing itamae, Heru. The tofu hibachi and salmon hibachi have great portions and flavors. The shrimp and filet are favorites, though some meats can be a bit sweet. Portions are healthy, and one order can turn into three meals with extra noodles or rice. The service is outstanding, with servers like Supri who is attentive, kind, and always checks on the table. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with a typical hibachi ambiance that is modernized, clean, and inviting. It is kid-friendly and perfect for families and celebrations, with fun energy during birthday celebrations. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. It is a wonderful dining experience where customers leave full, happy, and already planning a return.
