Based on reviews, Chicken Factory is a great spot in Douglasville for wings, which are described as perfect size, great flavors, and 💯. The steak fried rice is amazing and flavorful, and the homemade chicken tenders are the best. However, the veg fried rice is not good, being overcooked with soft veggies, and the regular fried rice is also not so good. The food is very good, though a little pricey for two people. The restaurant is not the cleanest, and there was excessive smoke from the fryer. The cashier is nice and helpful, and the team cares for customers. The mango habenero wings were small but ok tasting.
