“Came in on 08/05, Tuesday, customer service wasn’t as friendly, but we tried again today 08/07/25, Thursday at 9ish and the staff was marvelous! we were welcomed by a young lady with blue hair, so kind and we ordered with a beautiful purple and pink hair who made our ice cream, she was so nice!! and then checked out with a straight dark hair guy, he was so kind. 10/10 customer service and we bought four ice creams for like 20 bucks!! the three of them were amazing and funny!“

“For the most part my experience at this location has been very positive. The staff is always friendly. I only buy ice cream in pint containers and on one occasion I felt that the container was filled completely, there were air pockets if you know what I mean. If not for that experience I may have given 5 stars.“
