“I purchased a 2-tiered cake, a smash cake, and cake pops for my godson’s first birthday party. I provided a concept and Cakes by the Pound turned it into an amazing reality. Everyone was asking who made the cake. His mother literally came to tears when she saw him on the cake. Everyone loved the taste and design of the cake and people are still talking about it from Saturday. And as you can see my godson enjoyed his smash cake. If I could give 10 stars I would! I will DEFINITELY use Cakes by the Pound again!!“

“The Lagos donuts are amazing. I don’t know anywhere else in metro Atlanta that has these. Jelly filled or plain, they are fluffy and pillowy soft. The taste of their warm donuts makes you want more. The fresh baked coconut Agege is so good. All the Agege bread varieties are must tries. While you’re there, get the meat pies. Their meat pies are stuffed with goodness. The crust is flaky and delicious. The meat pie is a bonafide whole meal - not like others that are all crust and no filling. Skip the other places and go straight to DaGashi Bakes. Call ahead otherwise you wait a bit, but the staff are very friendly and there is comfortable seating. I’d be there all the time if I didn’t live so far away!“

“I needed a last-minute cake, something special, and most bakeries close early. So I headed over to the Queen of Sheba, which google maps promised would have cakes until 8. But they didn't have the flavor requested! Disaster. A customer said tiramisu was a house specialty, and the young lady behind the counter agreed that it was her favorite. Even though tiramisu is a gamble with a new crowd, I went for it. It was one of the most delicious, perfect cakes I've ever had. That any of us had ever had. It's what all other tiramisu wishes it could be. Good price, too. I 100% will get my next cake there.“

“If I can give this place ten stars I would. The owner Joseph is extremely sweet! I usually love getting the cake batter but they didn’t have it. He said they were in the process of making it. I had already checked out and finished my froyo and kindly enough Joseph brought out some cake batter froyo for me once it was done. The froyo is always yummy. Thank you again Joseph !“

“This is my favorite ice cream store. I love the many different flavors and the creamy ice cream that is mixed on an actual cold stone. But most of all I love the fact that it actually has a new flavor every season especially the new Dubai chocolate. And the portion size is just right.The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to show me the new flavors. I always go out my way to get a love it. Cake batter flavored ice cream with a little bit of strawberry that’s my favorite. Anytime I’m in the area I stop in for a cup. And to top this off, The store is so cute. It is newly renovated, It seems like a new experience. Anyone reading this review should give them a try, You won’t be disappointed.“
