Hire more people. One person manning the entire story at 3pm during summer vacation is ridiculous. If I did not have my 5 year old with me waiting for ice cream I would have walked out. Such slow service all the time cos employees are either new and clueless or there is a lack of staff. The ice cream here is consistent and good. Staff is usually friendly. BUT SO SLOW.
This is my favorite ice cream store. I love the many different flavors and the creamy ice cream that is mixed on an actual cold stone. But most of all I love the fact that it actually has a new flavor every season especially the new Dubai chocolate. This is my favorite Cold Stone; they have friendly staff and amazing ice cream flavors. I tell all my friends about this place. It’s one of the spots where you can get fresh ice cream and toppings.
