We stopped at a Jason's in Douglasville while on the way back from a Christmas road trip to North Carolina. Very picturesque place called Franklin where a good time was had by all. I remember having "The Carmela" Sandwich and a Coca Cola both of which were quite yummy. Even though I didn't get one I was nonetheless impressed by the offer of free Ice Cream. The atmosphere was very nice to say the least.
I ordered a potato and the cheddar broccoli soup. Never again. I wasted 42.61 for nothing. The potato had entirely too much cheese which was stiff and not hot. No butter. A dot of sour cream when I ordered extra. Then the soup was totally off. I poured the soup on potato to spice it up. My experiences with this restaurant have always been great. Today just wasn’t it. Truly disappointed. Just left food on table. Should have gotten a salad.

Always yummy & clean. This is really the only Jason's Delli we go to. I have a gluten intolerance, and I have never gotten sick eating from here even when I have the salad bar. The service here is excellent and quick.
