“Went to Chili's in Hiram on a lunch date with hubby. I don't know what they did, but keep it up! It was wonderful, the service was impeccable and our waitress KK went above and beyond! Thank you to everyone who made our otherwise ordinary lunch so special!“

“New to the area, and we recently stopped in for dinner. Our server Ross was very friendly and attentive. The manager, Rachel came by our table and we shared a very pleasant conversation. We were impressed to learn she has been with the company for 10 years! She was also kind, friendly, and helpful. The two of them definitely made our experience a great one. We will be back, thank you!!!“

“I placed an order online, made an error in my order. I called to see what options I had to correct it. The team manager wasn’t in that day but the team went the extra mile to consult him and get his approval to complete a refund and cancel the order so I could replace it correctly. They did so in my time frame I needed to pickup and promptly completed the refund. I have eaten and order before but this type of customer service is seldom received or complemented. Thank you to everyone who helped me, I appreciate you and your work. Until we meet again!“

“Food is good especially if you high blood pressure. The food is not over seasoned. Now them drinks be prepared to be stumbling because they are strong to be a frozen drink. I brught my best friend from Miami there. They loved the fish tacos and drinks. Many options to choose from. 10 / 10 I will be back.“
