Chili’s is a long time favorite of mine. I used to work with Brinker in undergrad. I really enjoyed my experience. I enjoy bringing my family to Chilis but my only gripe is that they cannot tell you the wait time on the phone and they always seem to understaffed. The food came out in sections. So half of our food was cold and the other half was luke warm. Also the waitress never brought us any silverware so we had food that should be eaten with forks or cut with knives that we couldn't touch until we could get someone's attention. We would tell our waitress, but instead of getting the utensils she just went to other tables and began taking orders. This made the food get even colder. I am a huge Chili’s fan! I have visited a couple of other Chili restaurants in the last few months and this by far is the best one! The food was great and the server was attentive. The wait was a little long due to staffing shortages and that is understandable. The host was very gracious and kind. Overall my family and I enjoyed our meal.
