“Chili’s is a long time favorite of mine. I used to work with Brinker in undergrad. I really enjoyed my experience. I enjoy bringing my family to Chilis but my only gripe is that they cannot tell you the wait time on the phone and they always seem to understaffed. Always!So when you finally get a table the staff seems pretty friendly and they are attentive. The food is pretty yummy and the atmosphere is pretty inviting. The food is good, I always get the quest and Chicken Ranch Sandwhich. It is always yummy!“
“Yesterday I made a very large on-line order (almost $100) for a family gathering for scheduled pickup time at Del Taco in Hiram. Not only was the order ready when I arrived, but it was well packaged for convenience in transporting and separately bagged by groups of items for easy identification of what was in each bag. I did not get the manager’s name, but she was so nice and helpful and even helped bring everything to the car since it was requiring me to do it in two trips. When I got the food to my destination we found the order was complete as ordered and everything was really well packed and wrapped individually within so that nothing was escaping the wrappers from transit. And everything tasted great! I heard no complaints from the family. A win-win day. I will be going to Hiram Del Taco again for sure. Thanks again!!“

“So I came here tonight to grab some burritos and it seemed like they were SEVERELY understaffed. Lines up and down, running out of this and that. Honestly, for national burrito day it seemed like they were super underprepared, which kinda blows my mind. Whoever is in charge of scheduling shoulda done better on that I think… but regardless of my wait and the disfunction, the manager was really damn respectful and honestly very upbeat for the brutality that was happening around him. His frustrations did not come out toward the customers at all, from what I could see, and I just wanted to write this review to give him a shoutout and say that dude in the polo was killing it! Probs won’t be back if they’re running a promo again because I don’t trust they’d be staffed properly but I would happily come back during normal hours for this guys service.“
“The food is FABULOUS, but I've ordered a stack 2x's and they ended up making me a stuffed? burrito both times. I've had to go inside and order from this location to make sure that my order is what I want. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied with the food choices and the quality of it.And Best of All, they have a Coke 'FreeStyle' machine that carries my absolute FAVORITE drink that is carried NOWHERE ELSE-?'Strawberry Orange Mello Yello' Whoo Hoo!!?“
“The food , service and atmosphere was very good. My suggestion to the host and manager was this breakfast in the pic could use a gravy to top it off. No biscuit required. The flavor of the gravy would have given it a lithe extra flavor especially with the potatoes. James our service host was very professional and very friendly.“
