This is my 1st time eating at Moe’s the sweet young lady who served me with a smile Kayhleea and the food is definitely better than Chipotle I’m glad I gave it a try! 10/10
I placed an order online, made an error in my order. I called to see what options I had to correct it. The team manager wasn’t in that day but the team went the extra mile to consult him and get his approval to complete a refund and cancel the order so I could replace it correctly. They did so in my time frame I needed to pickup and promptly completed the refund. I have eaten and order before but this type of customer service is seldom received or complemented.
