Worst management ever! Burritos were soggy and he told me it was my fault!

Three years later, this Moe's has become the worst of the 3 that's are around me. Last visit (Sunday, Jan. 21st) I literally cancelled my order while my bowl was being made. Never seen sauted onions/peppers that looked like slop. Over cooked beans. Dried out meat. And a plethora of food and toppings that should have been thrown away on Saturday night. No way that food was made fresh on Sunday. Looks like it could make someone sick.And the overall location was dirty. The sauces, the fountain drink machine, tables, etc... just dirty and sticky.I don't even blame this location for it. Meaning that people were still in line and okay paying $11+ dollars for bowls/burritos made with old/stale food.If you do go, just take a look at the food before ordering.

The restaurant was very dirty. There weren't a lot of customers there, but 5 employees were behind the counter. The tables were all covered in food, the sauce section had empty sauces and sauces all over the counter. The floors were also sticky.

The Assistant Manager doesn't know what leadership is and needs training.. As a customer we shouldn't ever hear about anyone getting fired because of lack of training by upper leadership well ordering our

I visited Moe’s in Hiram on Thursday evening the food was wonderful the lady at the register and the manager on duty was very nice and proficient they also helped me get signed up for the Moe’s reward and I will be returning to this location food was A1

The women with the braids that is there in the morning ms, is absolutely amazing, I’m a regular customer here and she always geets everyone with a smil, I will have to ask her name the next time I go because she is amazing, Sge always gives great service, the food is always terrific when she’s working, and this is now my favorite Moe’s location. I am a regular and visit Moe’s at least 2 times a week but I am most excited when I visit while she is there, I love their bowls they make and always am happy to tip
