I just wanted to take a moment and brag on Mrs. Jean. I come to this location almost everyday and she’s always smiling and ready to greet me. I just love her energy she deserves the recognition!
I wanted to try one of the blended drinks but I needed something sugar free. Starbucks doesn’t have enough SF options! However, James took the time to go through all the drinks until he figured out how to make one sugar free using sugar free syrup in the Frappuccino. He went above and beyond. Thank you James for excellent customer service!Dietary restrictions: Please add more sugar free options!

Mobile orders take forever and are prepared slowly and very separately. I ordered 3 items. I walked in 15 min after I placed the order. My double smoked bacon sandwich was sitting there ready to go. Ten minutes after that, my daughter’s tall Frappuccino was ready and 15 minutes after that, my grande misto was ready. They really need to work on getting orders out together in a timely fashion and this is not the first time we have experienced this at this location.
