We sat for 56 minutes for my 2 drinks I ordered through the app. Both tasted disgusting and you could tell they had been sitting there the whole time. There was NO customer service, I couldn't even get a hi out of her. Completely inexcusable

This Starbucks receives mixed reviews. The staff are amazing, sweet, and always nice, providing excellent service. They go the extra mile to make drinks perfect and get orders out super fast. One customer had a hole in a cup from the drive thru, but the staff instantly fixed the issue and gave money off the next order, showing true customer service. Drinks and food are always fresh, and the bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches are surprisingly delicious. However, some say the location is used to be good but now makes everything in a rush. One drink tasted like straight oat milk instead of espresso, and a breakfast sandwich was cold. The location is inconvenient next to an insanely busy shopping center, and the line usually affects the intersection. Despite that, the workers are on it, keeping lines moving super fast even when busy.
