Snooty attitudes. When I saw frappuccino, I was under the impression that it contained at least some form of coffee. You know, like a cappuccino would. I would appreciate the girl making an over priced, over sugared milkshake to not give me an eye roll when I ask a question and act like she's having to do me a favor. Seriously, get a real job.
It go do starbucks on daily basis but this store is the worst. Most of the time I order something they never have that drink. Dragon fruit refresher with no dragon fruit. Hibiscus refresher without hibiscus juice and the staff has the nerve to ask what’s wrong with the drink? Really?

This Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The staff and employee who made one drink was incredibly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful, putting inappropriate messages on cups. Another customer noted the experience was great but had a concern about the program of 50 credits for 3 days of purchase of mocha. The staff in one location inside the Target are now awful, with zero customer service, slow drinks, and too much joking. However, at the Hiram Starbucks, Isaac was kind and helpful, and barista AJ along with Kim and Leah were very friendly and polite, with 10/10 service. The drive thru line is usually very long and does not move very fast, and inside waits can be longer even with a mobile order, though the drinks are usually made great and customer service is fine.
