McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant known for its excellent customer service. The staff provide a positive experience, although there are mixed reviews about the service. While some employees are friendly and helpful, there have been instances of less satisfactory interactions. The food quality varies, with some meals, like the steak egg & cheese bagel, being good once the grease is absorbed. Many customers enjoy the fresh hot fries. Ordering ahead through the app and paying through the phone adds to the convenience. However, there have been complaints about long wait times, particularly at the drive-thru, where customers have experienced delays. A special of the day is often available, offering a meal at a discounted price.
