Chili’s is a long time favorite of mine. I used to work with Brinker in undergrad. I really enjoyed my experience. I enjoy bringing my family to Chilis but my only gripe is that they cannot tell you the wait time on the phone and they always seem to understaffed. Always!So when you finally get a table the staff seems pretty friendly and they are attentive. The food is pretty yummy and the atmosphere is pretty inviting. The food is good, I always get the quest and Chicken Ranch Sandwhich. It is always yummy!

The food came out in sections. So half of our food was cold and the other half was luke warm. Also the waitress never brought us any silverware so we had food that should be eaten with forks or cut with knives that we couldn't touch until we could get someone's attention. We would tell our waitress, but instead of getting the utensils she just went to other tables and began taking orders. This made the food get even colder. When she finally returned to the table 10 minutes later. She looked stunned that someone else had brought our utensils for us. I was very unhappy with the service.

I am a huge Chili’s fan! I have visited a couple of other Chili restaurants in the last few months and this by far is the best one! The food was great and the server was attentive. The wait was a little long due to staffing shortages and that is understandable. The host was very gracious and kind. Overall my family and I enjoyed our meal. The sangria was okay, much better at the other location on Camp Creek. I’m was very pleased with this restaurant and will be returning when I am in the area again.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at chilis. We had to wait almost 15 minutes before even being greeted. Gave our drink and food order, then about 20 minutes later we were told that it didn’t submit from the tablet. The waitress was friendly and seemed to be trying, so don’t know if it was a scheduling issue or what.So after almost an hour in the restaurant our food finally makes it to us. My food was only mildly warm with cold fries. Ran out of my beverage about halfway through my meal. Didn’t see our waitress again until bill time.Needless to say not very pleased with this experience at all. At least we were given a discount, but It came nowhere close to making up for our hour and a half time that should have been an hour at the most.

Long story short, our service was horrible. The food was cold, and the server didn't come back to the table. Table of six, all ordered food at the same time, yet not everyone food came out.
Food was delicious. Customer service was very good. Atmosphere was okay. We got our order to go, which worked out. I'm not a big fan of big crowds.

Went yesterday for my 8year olds birthday was told wait would be an hour which we waited in our car and after an hour went inside figuring they would call us soon enough. Well we were asked again for our name and then seated as though they forgot about us no biggie I really didn’t care as we were being seated I told hostess that it was my daughters birthday and we were here celebrating her and my son whose birthday was a few days prior. This was their first birthday without their dad and I was just trying to do something for them where we weren’t home alone. Well food came it wasn’t horrible but definitely not the best we have had once we finished I asked for boxes to wrap up and our waitress leaves and comes back with boxes and ice cream in a Togo cup as she tells me that they won’t be able to sing because they were short staffed. I said ok and took the boxes. As I look over I see my daughter’s face drop as she sunk into her seat. I know that there was no way for the waitress to know what my kids were going through and how this was a hard birthday for them but it just really ate at me over night feeling sad for my kids I worked myself at chilis when I was 18 so I know what it is to be busy and not be able to get other staff members to jump in and sing to your table but on several occasions I went out yelling and singing solo to my table as I knew others in the restaurant would join in from where they were. Instead we were given Togo cups with an ice cream scoop. I wasn’t even asked if we wanted to order a dessert or anything it felt like we were just pushed out. Anyways that’s my experience there. It wasn’t the greatest definitely disappointing and I wish that experience was any other time than on the one day I was trying to uplift and distract my kids

We order appetitizer, and it hair in it. We were served Luke warm water? However, they gave fresh egg rolls (which are delicious) and free dessert. Yhe cheese cake ?? Not good, at that day it wasn't. The guy serving us was great, but we waited too long for our food. That wasn't his fault. My knife was dirty, but the manager changed it out immediately. I believe they need additional help, especially on a Sunday. I haven't been to Chili's in over 10 yrs, because they're food selections and food weren't that good anymore. However, my opinion is that it has gotten better. Overall, my experience was a 3.

I ordered to go on 1/16. I ordered the triple dipper appetizer. I had the burger sliders, fried mozzarella, & chicken crispers. TERRIBLE! The mozzarella was fine but was given ice cold marinara.The chicken crispers weren’t cooked all the way through & very tough. I ordered the burgers plain with meat & cheese only & it had onions, bacon & ranch (which I am allergic to) & in addition were completely charred. I paid in cash so when I called I spoke with a male manager who said they didn’t offer refunds on cash purchases. He then told me they would send a gift card to my email that would take 24-48 hours to receive. I never received it so I called back on Saturday 1/20 & spoke to the same manager & he said he would submit it again & again would take another 24-48 hours. It is now 1/22 and I still have yet to receive any form of refunded compensation for not only the inconvenience this caused but the horrible food that my hard earned money went to.
