“Really cool place with a nice, relaxed vibe, and the food was amazing. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Atmosphere is family friendly and accommodating to large groups. The food was a surprising offering of Mexican (we ate the wonderfully thick-for-dipping chips and guacamole), Asian (we enjoyed the perfectly prepared fried calamari with a sweet and spicy Asian dipping sauce and delicious shrimp and rice), and Italian (several pasta selections). Excellent.“

The menu is huge but the food is phenomenally seasoned so anything you get will be delicious. Our server Adrianna was amazing. She said she was new but I don’t believe that. She was so attentive, polite, and prompt. A wonderful experience—my husband and I will be coming back.“

I was really disappointed with my experience at Totopos Mexican Restaurant. The rice that came with my meal was extremely hard, like it hadn’t been cooked all the way, and it honestly made the food unenjoyable.

What bothered me even more was the lack of customer service. I politely mentioned the issue and simply asked if they could accommodate me, but the staff seemed uninterested in resolving the problem. Instead of trying to make things right, I felt dismissed.

I understand that mistakes happen in restaurants, but good customer service is about how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. I hope management pays more attention to both food quality and customer satisfaction moving forward.

“I have never been treated so well as the staff at the Dallas Moe's treated me. They were exceptionally kind, friendly and very thoughtful. I started to get up and one of the employees noticed I was wearing a boot and he politely said please don't get up. I'll be glad to get what you need for you. Now that is customer service. I highly recommend this Moe's because the food and service were excellent. Thank you guys for making my day!!!!“

I can only write this post about the night shift staff. The food is always amazing and I feel like I get what I actually pay for. The people are always chill and it’s nice they are open for my lunch break at 2am.

I wouldn’t say the day shift is bad by any means but you can tell the difference in food from time to time (which is understandable considering it’s probably busier).
