The server wasn’t polite and she seemed bothered when I asked for a lid for drink because there weren’t any out.

My fiance stopped in today before clothes shopping, and everything was perfect. It says order taker's name is Tyler, but there was a female as well. Both were very friendly and had our food out fast. I can't believe I've lived here six years with out knowing I had Jimmy John's near me. I will definitely be back.

Jimmy John's offers sandwiches, subs, and wraps in a clean atmosphere. Guests have been greeted by polite young ladies and friendly staff, with food coming out fast. The Thai chicken wrap was delicious, and a turkey sub was good. One sandwich was made correctly and was fresh, as was the bread, though a little skimpy on the meat, and the side of pickles was sliced so thin that three-four slices only made one regular pickle chip. The new hot Italian was superb, very flavorful and fresh. The BBQ always makes the meal bussin, though the dill chips are seasonal. One guest had a Cuban sub with the main ingredient left off, calling it a first and last experience. Customer service was done right, and the store was very clean.
