I use to go there on the regular basis , but I go to Tara blvd now . I got a sub and I ask the older lady did they have any other lettuce because the one out were brown and the first time it happened she went and got some fresh lettuce,, I went in there a few week later and the same thing same lady , the lettuce was brown so I asked if there were any fresh lettuce and she said , they were all the same .. then she tossed the lettuce like you want the one’s on the bottom.. Everyone is extremely nice, no complaints with the customer service. This was my 3rd time getting a cheesesteak and the requested toppings outside of the menu description was missing. They failed to add the requested lettuce, tomato and raw onions 3 times even though they write it, it is always missing and causes an inconvenience and some frustration.
