I walked in to order what greeted me made me turn around and walk back out the employees was on their phone and leaned up on the wall and the floor was covered in garbage there was no way I'm eating there all those employees needs to be replaced with more responsible people!

Everyone is extremely nice, no complaints with the customer service. This was my 3rd time getting a cheesesteak and the requested toppings outside of the menu description was missing. They failed to add the requested lettuce, tomato and raw onions 3 times even though they write it, it is always missing and causes an inconvenience and some frustration.

I use to go there on the regular basis , but I go to Tara blvd now . I got a sub and I ask the older lady did they have any other lettuce because the one out were brown and the first time it happened she went and got some fresh lettuce,, I went in there a few week later and the same thing same lady , the lettuce was brown so I asked if there were any fresh lettuce and she said , they were all the same .. then she tossed the lettuce like you want the one’s on the bottom.. I’m not stupid . I guess she didn’t feel like going to get them , I don’t know ..I work in produce and I know when lettuce turn brown they should not be sold .. I paid almost $20.00 for my sandwich and couldn’t get fresh lettuce ..that was the worst sandwich I had from there ever .. So instead of her making my sandwich and having to deal with that I just go to Tara blvd ..

The portobello Swiss in the rosemary bread is the best sandwich!! They offer several Veggie options now.Vegetarian options: Veggie, portobello Swiss, etc.
Everything was fresh and good even though they had no bread I got a wrap for the 1st time and it was actually good would’ve been 5stars but no bread…Come on your a sub restaurant that’s 1st… You should NEVER run out of BREAD you guys??♂️

Placed an order for a bowl via mobile app for delivery. Received the order and barely had lettuce in the bowl. Called and spoke with Cleveland, who sounded like I was bothering him. The customer service at this particular location truly needs revamping!!!
