One person does it all so don’t expect a quick sandwhich. The associate is very courteous and worked without stoping, doing her best but it would be very helpful if the owner hired another associate to help process food orders. Potential customers were leaving because of the delay with ordering. Need a Chik Filet at this spot.
When I’m at the Atlanta airport, I always stop by TJ Kraft sandwiches. They make everything to order and it’s just delicious. The staff is very friendly as well. Today I had Zalethia Made me a delicious chicken sandwich!
I have came to this location a few times there is a young girl she is very sweet.However, I recently came again this time it was an older African American woman with red hair she not only left the line while I was standing there she was also very rude did not have any respect or customer service. Also the food always takes awhile before it’s done.
TJ's Craft Sandwiches, located in a high traffic area of the airport, offers a variety of delicious meals. The staff, including a sassy lady, provides good customer service. The Lemon Pepper wings were juicy and perfectly seasoned, while the Chicken avocado sandwich was fresh and the french fries well-cooked. The Philly cheesesteak, without mushrooms, was described as the best ever tasted, buttery and perfectly seasoned. Overall, the food exceeded expectations and left a positive impression on the customers, promising a return visit.
