super nice & friendly! especially at 7am when we had our layover
I actually had a pleasant experience despite other reviews. I did read them, but I didn’t experience anything of that nature maybe I came at a good time. I ordered the BMT like always and they nailed it
The gentleman taking orders was very attentive and was quick to offer solution for not having ham and completed our order perfectly. He was very friendly and made our experience great! Matthew Burrell is his name i believe. He was awesome!

Based on reviews, this Subway location receives mixed feedback. Some customers had a pleasant experience, with one noting the BMT was nailed perfectly. The staff, including Armani, Stanley, and a gentleman who was very attentive and friendly, are often described as welcoming, super nice, and helpful, with one being called one of the best sandwich artists ever encountered. The cleanliness and presentation of the food display show professionalism and pride. However, other reviews describe the sandwich breads as completely tasteless and barely cooked, collapsing easily. The environment reminds some of the gunk and grime of NY subways, with very limited seating. As an airport outlet, this location in concourse E is consistently out of ingredients, with only certain breads and meats available. Employees sometimes have an "I’m so done with this" attitude. It is not recommended unless basically starving, and customers expecting a fully stocked Subway should head to the food court instead.
