We received great customer service from Deandre today. He was very respectful and polite.
I love the food at Steak ‘n Shake but fail to understand why they always have a run down feeling. I don’t know why, but my last 3 visits to 3 different Steak ‘n Shakes have been equal. The food is good, the service is so so, and the place needs a good deep cleaning. Corporate needs to help face lift these places to compete. When I visited it was just me and one other guest.
