“Service - All the Employees from the start were so nice to us. They greeted us so well with warm welcome Everyone was doing their job properly - cleaning, taking orders, making icecreams, communicating with each other !

Atmosphere - The place looks so neat and clean :) 100 stars for the cleanliness and good smell !!

Food : Icecream is always great here !! We ordered chocolate brownie extreme. I could see only vanilla at down part. Please mix all the way down inside the cup. No biggie for me but my sister haha !!!

“This location is under-rated. They are all very friendly. Share a smile with the employees, they act like it makes a difference. I had a very pleasurable experience even though I was asked to pull into the waiting parking area, I only waited 3 minutes, and my food was hot.“

I live in Thomaston and service at both subway so horrible. One location don’t even have toaster every time I go there. I don’t mind driving here because it’s always a great experience. “Always decent food in a pinch but I've noticed whenever I go through drive through the never include condiments or eating utensils.
I make it a habit whenever they hand me my food to ask for these things because nothing is more frustrating than not to have syrup for your pancakes and nothing to eat them with.

“Super busy at lunch and the food is cooked to order. Food was very very hot when it came out, everything was good, did take a few extra minutes to get the food which was fine as I knew it hadn’t been sitting there. Can tell the management is good here.“

“I went in today to get our order and have to say I was very impressed with a Mr. Lonnie. He had a disgruntled customer that accidentally called out the wrong name for the order and was getting quite angry. However, Mr Lonnie handled himself very professionally.If I were a manager I'd want him to handle all my orders.All the food came out fast and was very delicious so good on kitchen staff as well.“
