Two in front of us
Got waited in - 2 behind us to order
Order taken - no detailed receipt
order given - order put on bag - we ask to eat there , people in front of us ate there and for a tray- name never called out or food brought out - just set on counter
Did not get fried pickles ordered - just the two boneless chicken fries and drink - drinks tasted weird , too much carbonation to strip

The Manager that worked tonight was very rude and unprofessional. To refuse to give me the food that I purchased is not acceptable or professional. I had to park my car and take the half order of food back in to get a refund! The manager never once stepped out from the back of the store. All she did is yell over the other employees from the back! I would love to speak to the owners and find out if they accept this behavior from their management team or employees.

Based on reviews, food at Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is good, with tenders and fries coming out hot and fresh, and fast delivery available. However, the drive-thru people on both day and night shift need to get it together, as customers often do not get all their sauces and drinks. One visit saw nine sauces forgotten. The service can also be extremely slow, taking almost an entire lunch break to get an order. On a positive note, the atmosphere is nice and friendly at the Barnesville location. Parking is plentiful, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
