“My family visited tonight for the first time! We enjoyed the burgers! Season well and cooked perfect! Service was amazing! The only thing is seating is so tight, so might just do to-go orders. The only thing bad I could say is, there was plenty of flies in there and the seating area could use a deep clean.“

“When we got there they were only two gentlemen working they gave us great service and the food was great. While we were dining a young crew come in and the gentlemen left. One had hair down to her knees which I know is not within health code. They just stood around and loudly talked after we cleared our table we said y'all have a good day they looked at us like we were intruding on their conversation. So glad we got there before their shift started in the older gentlemen took care of us.“

“This is now my go to Sunday dinner! They don't serve soul food every day, Sunday is the big day. We got the oxtail plate, roast plate, and catfish plate. All were the bomb! The greens were just like I like them, tender and bitter! I hate sweet greens! Mac and cheese, after adding a pinch of salt and warmed it up, it was a 10. Rice and gravy and cornbread dressing were also top notch. The cornbread is sweet, which I personally don't like, but my daughter does and she ate all 3 they were so good. Will recommend this place to everyone. Don't miss out!
And, the young woman behind the register was a breath of fresh air in this time and Age. She was professional, informative, polite, sweet.
