I came thru drive thru and the voice I heard I thought it was a recorded machine when I said hello he spoke back I yelled out to my husband he's a real person we all Crack up laughing my husband told the guy because of him he goes there after work. The employee I love his personality the whole time in drive thru was fun man I wish I had his name he deserves recognition for his personality, professionalism, he's very courteous with a great sense of humor“

“The service could be better. But the food was good and correct. It is going through remodeling stages it was combined with another restaurant and no success. They have a big pot hole in the parking lot, that needs attention. Someone will not be happy if their car gets damaged.
All in all taco bell is ok for a quick bite.“

“This place is beautiful. From the time we walked in to the time we sadly had to leave it was an incredible experience.
Our server Austin was on top of every dish and specialty items featured on the menu. Everything he suggested or recommended was filled with flavor and made you second guess why you didn't come in sooner. I threw my fork twice because the food was THAT good.

Favorite thing on the menu has to be carnitas and the Camarones brochette. Calamari is nice and a touch of spice! Definitely a go to for me !“

“First time eating here and I was truly pleased. The food was fresh and cooked to order, the restaurant was very clean, and the restroom was clean as well. I decided to dine in after I ordered a steak taco salad with a Coke on the side. I walked in around noon and while I was sitting there waiting for my food, I saw people piling in. That’s how I knew the food would be good, and to be honest, it really hit the spot.
Oh, and to the guy that left a review saying the wings were too soft and there was a language barrier… fool, you’re at a Mexican restaurant, not your momma’s kitchen. Just enjoy being in different spaces with different faces. 😭“

This place is a hidden gem for authentic Mexican food, especially tacos. I always forget to take pictures of the tacos, but they’re so delicious that I can’t resist.

Serving is always plenty.

The tortillas here are incredibly sturdy and never break easily, which is a huge plus for me. I’ve been to other taco places in Morrow, but none of them have tortillas that can withstand a bite. You know a mess after first bite won’t make you happy.

They offer a wide variety of fillings but straightforward for tacos. beef tripe, steak, and beef tongue are the best.

If you want some mole, they have it every Wednesday. But call in to make sure they have it.

They also have a kitchen and plenty of outdoor seating every weekend. The corn cheese is a must-try, but it’s only available on the weekends. I think it’s a secret menu, but hey, who knows?

The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly. She’s always around to help us out, which is really appreciated.

One thing I’ve noticed is that the tacos sauces aren’t always as hot as I like them. But the owner takes it seriously and makes sure to make them extra hot the next day. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference.

I noticed there was an old gentleman working in the back. He was very happy when he saw us enjoying tacos he made. Love this place 🎉“

“We had an awesome time considering it was a Friday Night and it wasn't crowded (total shocker). The music was too loud cause I had to yell to have a conversation with my friend but overall the experience was outstanding particularly because of the waitress. She provided outstanding customer service! She was attentive and pleasant and willing to meet our needs. We order the wrong type of dip (we order Queso Fundido but we wanted the basic queso dip with beef or chicken or shrimp), our waitress made the change quickly and even took off the mistake off our bill even though we dipped in it (but that was to figure out, that we got the wrong dip). The Margaritas was great, dinner amazing, and overall an excellent night!“

The carne asada tacos were my favorite. Even the tortillas have flavor. We got chicken, asada, al pastor torta and they were all so good. But the asada will make you place a second order. I’m pregnant and this made my day lol. The Cashier/ Server a young man was also so cool/ bilingual, patient definitely topped it off to a great experience. 10/10“

“I moved near the Stockbridge area in 2016. My family and I visited this restaurant about every 3 or 4 months (I don't eat out a lot) during the past 8 years. Honestly and sincerely, I never had a bad experience. Good food, fast service, lovingly music, good atmosphere, clean, pleasant Waiters and Watresses. I was really surprised by the few bad comments. I was glad to see outside seating, nice atmosphere inside, large TVs at the bar, plenty of tables for seating. Just moments after taking our seat in a nice cozy Booth , our server greeted us, took our drink order, and before she walked away we had chips and salsa on the table. We were off to a great start. “I order from SouthWest Munchies frequently. They open late, the food is delicious every time to me I favor the corn chicken empanada, hot lemon pepper wings, burritos. “I’m not gon líe, the only reason they have this is so I can say they no longer sale popusas. I went thinking they had them cuz they show that they sell them here. And the lady at the front told me they stopped selling them.
I’m not finna give a fake review, I didn’t try their food but their Mexican coke and jarritos did taste very shaken before opened. I drank one there as soon as she handed it to me and one at home. So I could’ve been sharing the second one but the Mexican coke was not me. Anyways not a bad lil spot honestly they seem pretty good other than that.“

“On October 21, 2023 I went to El Rio Grande. The food was delicious. The margarita ? was great. My bill came to $23.78, and that seemed reasonable for what I ordered. I paid my bill with my card and I wrote a zero with a line in it and asked the cashier to give me change for a $20 bill I handed her. She gave me my money and I gave her a $10 CASH tip. On today, October 26, 2023 I get my finalized transaction amount, and it went from $23.78 to $47.48. The statement said with tip included. Why was a tip included (unauthorized mind you) and I gave her cash? So I get off work today and come to the restaurant and it is closed when it is suppose to be open. ?Wow...I will definitely be back Friday!!“

“This is one of my family’s go to for Mexican food. They prices are affordable and it’s authentic. Salsas are good I haven’t had a bad experience here. Only issue is that you will pass by it if not paying attention but please go try for yourself!!!“

“I’ve been coming to Don Chon for over a year and I love this place! Really delicious al pastor taco, carne asada, enchiladas verdes, and house-made salsa. In full transparency the ventilation isn’t great, so if you dine in you’ll leave smelling like food. Totally worth it though.“
