PERC has my heart This location is perfect and has great access to parking both a few spaces for street parking in front and a parking lot behind the building. The space is great with available seating and sufficient plugs to charge. The food was great.. I got the Breakfast Burger and Chai Latte and my friend got the Crunchwrap with the Good Times Latte. Love this location... the coffee is so good me and my friend had two cups of coffee. The only issue here was when asked for extra hot lattes the latte was still like luke warm and gets cold extremely fast. Besides that the customer service and ambiance is beautiful. They have street parking and a parking lot.
