“Mandy was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with a big smile and was so friendly and patient while taking my order. She made sure everything was correct and even double-checked that I had all my sauces and napkins before I left. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely enjoys their job and treats every customer with kindness, but Mandy definitely does. “Listen, I’m in terminal B at the ATL airport. I was carrying some amazing fried chicken looking for a place to consume my food. Ms Dao is working the “dining room” and with the most friendly smile she directs me to an open seat. I was delighted. Then she notices I forgot to pick up napkins so she runs over and brings me some! This is hospitality. I hope her boss sees this and recognizes her servant heart. We need more people like this that give hope to the world!“
